I have been going here since I was a kid and the service has always been top notch. Gentle professional friendly and the office is very clean. The team here is extremely reassuring for anyone who is nervous at the dentist. I have had quite a few teeth fixed in the past few years and everything was smooth sailing from appointment booking insurance claims payments to final service. Dr Chong Laura and Suzanne are amazing!! Shoutout to the cheerful and efficient front end staff too!! A+++ EDIT: Visited on Jan 10/25. I can’t say enough great things about Dr Chong & Laura. They always put my mind at ease and make all dental work smooth sailing! Thanks for keeping my smile A+++!!

I have been coming to West Central Dental before it moved to its present location. So approximately 35-40 years. Some of the staff may have changed but the dentists are the same. My denist took over at its last location. And the care and understanding and patience at that office was just amazing! It has continued over to West Central Dental in Edmonton AB. I will never go to a different dental office. I HIGHLY recommend this office. One cannot ask for kinder gentler understanding people to help you work through your fears. Because of the people they are I no longer have the dental office fears I used to have. Thank you West Central Dental for being who you are!

I was in the office for a crown today and while major dental work is never fun I’m very impressed with the results; my tooth is beautiful. Dr. Albert is very efficient gentle and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have been a patient of his for more than 25 years and trust him completely with my and my family’s dental health. Besides the health of my teeth aesthetically I couldn’t be happier with them. Thank you west central dental!

Always feel like family when I enter this office and front end staff are always so helpful and kind. I have been seeing Dr Albert for a number of years I trust him completely with all my dental work. The level of comfort and thorough explanations of what am getting done always put me at ease. I feel like Dr Albert is definitely in the top tier of Dental practice. Always had the best experience! Staff is very friendly and helpful always approach with respect ! Always make an incredible effort to ease clients in to the procedures never scared of anything Dr explains well enough about the treatment and outcomes! Will recommend Invisalign from here! I have been receiving dental services from West Central Dental for 30 + years. I go in for twice yearly check ups/cleaning. Suzanne the hygienist cleans my teeth she is gentle and thorough with the process. Dr. Albert provides me with up to date dental repairs and restoration; the accuracy of his expertise is amazing! My questions are always answered so that I can understand what to expect.

The staff at West Central Dental were my heroes today! They fit me in last minute after my cleaning because they found a cavity and ended up having to pull my wisdom tooth. They made space for me to be able to deal with my bad tooth And tell you to call or text the dentist directly if there are any problems. They’re always so kind and take great care. This was my first visit to this clinic. I was welcomed with the most pleasant greeting at the reception. I saw Dr. Chong who was incredibly thorough and informative. Laura was great! She took all the xrays and made me as comfortable as possible. Jessica cleaned my teeth and was super professional gentle and made my experience awesome. Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Chong is kind and compassionate Suzanne the hygenist is friendly and gentle and the staff is knowlegeable and efficient. Creating a Nightguard experience was amazing--no more molding clay rather 3D imaging. Awesome. Would HIGHLY recommend West Central Dental.

Omg best Dentist ever Dr.Wong he did a filling in 25 minutes and complete check up for me as well. Everyone is so kind there and takes good care of you❤️I had some pretty rough dentists in the past but they have some great and friendly staff who are amazing.
