Meet Dr. Ushko

Trevor Ushko, BSc, DDS

I strive to provide optimal dental care to maximize each patient's oral health and general well-being. I want all patients to be educated so they may choose their own dental treatment. I always strive to help our patients feel comfortable and have a pleasant dental experience.

Education and Continuing Education

For my education, I earned my Bachelor of Science with distinction, and my Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta.

As a part of my continuing education, I am active in the following professional organizations:

• Myotronics Neuromuscular Courses
• Edmonton District Dental Society
• World Clinic Laser Institute

In the Practice

I have been practicing dentistry since 2000, and I love being a dentist because I enjoy interacting with our wonderful patients and staff, and the challenging work I do helps people attain optimal oral health. I always take the time to educate our patients regarding dental treatment, and answer any questions they may have. The more a patient knows about a treatment or procedure, the more comfortable they are with the experience.

Family and Community

I am proud to say that I have lived in Edmonton my whole life, and am grateful for such a warm, friendly community to raise my family. My wife and I have two children who keep us busy and laughing. Outside the office, I enjoy golfing, hockey, fishing, home renovations and landscaping.

I also enjoy volunteering for our community through West Central Dental Annual Free Dental Day and Smiles For Life, a charitable campaign that we participate in every year.
